Title: Open Day & Steam Up for Garden Railway Modellers Post by: pline on March 12, 2011, 04:25:29 PM Hello Enthusiasts,
My Company is planning an open day and Steam Up for interested Garden Railway enthusiasts. We hope to demo run, (depending on response and turn up) some of our Live Steam, Battery & Track powered Brass Models in Gauge1, G, 1:19 scales on a Saturday, either at our workshop's test tracks or on a temporary demo layout elsewhere. Please let us know if anyone here would be interested to attend the event, so that we can decide on a date and venue. We also welcome other fellow modellers owning Gauge1, G or 1:19 scale Motive Power(Electric, battery & Live Steam) and Rolling Stocks to bring in their Models for a run. Do let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements. I have already enquired with some Garden Railway modellers in other cities if they would like to attend it and we could extend it to cover an entire weekend!! If we get modellers interested in other scales like N & HO, I could arrange for small track layouts in those scales for them to run their trains on. |
