Title: The Flight of the Canberra
Post by: Free Flight on October 05, 2020, 07:35:08 PM
So you have built a Bobni, then a Tich, now try a scale catapult glider like the Canberra. It is an ideal first scale catapult jet glider, unlike Hunter or Gnat that wants to fly fast.

No matter what free flight plane you enjoy, one must learn to pick the tremals to launch into it. That will give you a 2 minute flight (Max).

Hope you all like it and then give it a try. Free flight is a cost effective, yet very detail oriented flying that can you give you a lot of fun at a local park.

Please don’t tease us with your contest grade balsa.
The Aurora Canberras were always too heavy.
There may be a few guys left who remember that the nascelles had to be slid on to the wings...
