Wonderful work. :)
What did you use to obtain stabilised video?
And what cam you used?

Stabilized video is very nice. Gimbal and camera details please.

nice choice for the scenery , what's the flight time and battery capacity?

Gimbal is self made, modified version of cheap Chinese "2-axis brushless gimbal". I have an unfinished thread here on this - http://www.rcindia.org/multirotors/light-weight-diy-gimbal-for-mini-quad/msg273855/#msg273855.

Camera is Xiaomi Yi 1st gen, post processed using Premiere Pro Warp stabilizer to remove jello/high frequency vibrations.

Flight time is 6 mins with a (tiny!) 3S 1300mah as I like to keep it light and gives more control of the craft. With a 2200mah I get close to 8 mins. Haven't tried with a 4000mah that I have lying around.

Nice videography.
Can you show how you have fixed the Gimbal on the quad.

Thank you. First version was fixed with acrylic pieces heated and bent to shape. Holes drilled and screwed onto the PCB frame.

Hello

Thanks for sharing the Pic. I also had planned to put the Gimbal in the same way to save on weight.
But was skeptical whether the video will be vibration free since the rubber gaskets will be removed.

Now after seeing your videos i am very hopefull to have similar brillaint videos on my quad as well.

Few queries...

1. how have you clamped the motor to the PCB?
2. what else did you do to make quad vibration free other than balancing props?
3. what did you do to balance CG, since gimbal motors are in front?
4. What is the overall weight of your quad with Gimbal and FPV gear.

My Quad Pic are as attached.

Thanks Sourabh.. I'm really happy to help.

1. how have you clamped the motor to the PCB?
As I'm using acrylic, it's easy to drill holes. I just drilled holes to match the motor mount holes are chapped using the screws that came with the motors.

2. what else did you do to make quad vibration free other than balancing props?
Most important: CG, some PID tuning helped too. I use APM flight controller.

3. what did you do to balance CG, since gimbal motors are in front?
Simple.. put the Lipo towards the back ensuring that CG is close to center.

4. What is the overall weight of your quad with Gimbal and FPV gear.
Not more than 1200g.
