Title: 3D printed Mavic clone with DJI Naza M lite in 20k
Post by: chanakya00 on May 05, 2018, 01:07:43 PM
Hello Friends,
I am thinking to make Mavic clone with a Dji Naza M-lite board in Budget. I found 3D design of the clone which is specially designed for Dji Naza board with GPS. I will leave the link below. So here are the specs I'm assuming to build. I need you people for any alterations and improvements.

FC       : DJI naza M lite (upgraded V2)
motors : 2212 1400kv 10T brushless motors
ESC      : 30a simonk esc(but these occupy lot of space)
prop    : 8331f mavic pro kind fold-able props
battery: 2200mah 3s lipo 30c
Tx & Rx : Flysky Fs-i6 with Ia6b

3D printed parts are on still printing. i bought the props and the battery..good thing is this 3d design is so good as we can fit naza led, naza power module, GPS and board in perfect places and screw them .i will show them in pictures.

If everything goes good i can also equip this clone with a 2 axis gimbal and mount a gopro kind camera. I request you people to tell me any suggestions, alterations, considerations ..thank you.

update ????

I am with you & your design ...... as I have made 360mm 450mm quads but they are not that efficient as Mavic.

After seeing mavic I wanted to make a small one ( may / may not ) fold able.

I am looking for a 2S setup with Emax  1500Kv motors and 7035 self screwing props.

Let me know how far have you done building. your selection motors will be big for Mavic size.
