What exactly happens? does it arm or not?

it arms but it flips, two motors gain speed automatically

well there are many reasons for that, these could be the possible ones:
1: you might have your channels reversed, try holding your quad at a safe distance and check the channels by giving minimum throttle and checking the rolling and pitching action.
2: the esc's on the other two might be malfunctioning, change the position of the escs and see if the problem persists. If so then the esc's might not be functioning..
3: This might also happen if your frame is not balanced and your roll and pitch gains are high. If the gain is too high then a small change in pitch or roll due to imbalance the feedback to the board is too high and your quad will flip.

Hope this helps. I faced the problem of a burnt esc where in the quad constantly used to flip to the right and the propeller on arm 1 ( x configuration ) broke many a times, until finally i replaced the esc and she flew :) Perhaps a video or pic of the quad would better assist the forum members to triangulate the problem. Best of luck.

ESC and Gyro Calibration only two things that you need to do..

Are you trying to takeoff in auto-level or acro mode?
If you have calibrated the acc and yet facing the flipping issue, its most probably due to wrong motor layout selection or wrong connections of motors to the FC.

Sorted the issue yesterday, they were trying to fly the quad in '+' mode while the settings were for 'x' mode :giggle:
Two channels were reversed on the tx, will program the tx on monday and it sould be ready to fly.
