This a very broad topic and I think you should do some searching before asking a question like this. Prices of parts can vary hugely but I will try to give a basic idea of how much you need to spend to get into multirotors. This list is the parts I used for my first quadcopter and you can buy things a lot cheaper if you bid on EBay.com or buy used items:
Motors: SunnySky x2212 980 kV (Rs 1100) or SunnySky Angel (lower quality): Rs. 850 x4 Motors can be as cheap as Rs. 500.
ESCs: Preferably SimonK flashed, 30 Amp: Rs. 775 x4
Flight Control board: kk 2.1: Rs. 2000-2300
Frame: SK450 (Rs. 1450), Z450 (Rs. 1550), Reptile 500 (Rs. 1800)
Combo of motors, ESCs, flight controller and frame is available at Rs. 7500 for the Z450 combo and 9500 for the Reptile kit (better quality motors). This is an amazing price and is available on quadkopters.com. These combos also include misc parts like a battery strap, power distribution board, all hardware etc.
Battery: Anything from Wolfpack 2200 mAh 25C (Rs 990) to Wild Scorpion 3500 mAh 30C (Rs. 2000) This depends on your motor current draw, weight and other such factors.
Charger: save yourself the hassle and get a good computerised charger that is at least 50 Watts. This will help you in the long run. The IMAX B6 is a good choice and clones are available as cheap as Rs. 1600. The original cost Rs. 1900 but is out of stock
Propellors: This depends on your motors but make sure to get spares since they are the first part to break. Plastic is better than carbon fibre for beginners. They cost around Rs. 150 a pair.
Tools: This includes soldering equipment, hex drivers, a propellor balancer etc.
Generally you can expect to spend anywhere from 10000 (like sooraj.palakkad) to 25000 to get into multirotors. many of the things you buy are one time investments that should not be skimped on (like the Tx, charger).
