There is no specific best fc. It depends. If you just want normal alt hold etc. Kk boards are best. I know many flyers using kk boards without any problems. If you want a higher level autopilot, use apm, it's cheap too. If you want to have the apm level usability and want lesser hassle , if you are willing to shell of some extra money go for DJI naza. I've heard that Naze32 is a very good board.

FEEL THE POWER IN YOU

Dji Naza and pixhawk both are good only if wanna expand your quad capabilities in future and spracing f3 or some other cheap f3 boards are also good if only want to enjoy flying not meant for aerial photography

Hi guys I just want a FC for basic use such as alt hold etc and which is easy to program. So which specific FC do you recommend ??  I will be using this on a 450 sized quad.

If you want good autonomous flight experience then Ardupilot is good. But APM boards are no longer supported so it is not of much use.
So I would suggest KK 2.1.5 which is both cheap and also have minimum required functionalities.

Go for APM which has a baro built in. You will definitely love the APM flight controller's flexibilities compared to KK
