I have decided to built a racing quad, But the problem is that I am totally new to flying RCs. But I have a lot of experience with land RCs like traxxas Tmaxx,etc. So I am looking for help in this field. I have gathered some knowledge on quad building like A frame motors esc Flight control, Props Battery Transmitter and reciever Please tell me other required things to built a decent quad. Post by: tushar50 on July 30, 2017, 05:04:50 PM I think you have all the parts needed to build except some propellers(check quadkopters.com). Also you will need building tools like soldering iron, solder, screw drivers and Hex drivers etc.
Also check out a video of 'UAV futures' it is a drone channel, check his video- how to build racing drone under 99$. He used similar parts which you have bought. It will help in the build process. I have got all the parts except fpv camera and esc. So waiting for those only. Have partially assembled with the motors, Got a flysky i6 transmitter and reciever. :help: Now I need a battery. Can I use a 2200 mah 55c battery for it? Because by my calculation I need battery which produces more than 88 amps of current. So this is the only battery I am currently getting. I have now properly hooked the reciever with the F3 flight controller and my throttle, rudder and everything is configured with the cleanflight configurator.
