hey folks,
i was wondering whether these motors can be used to make quads?

Hey bro
I think, u need a 20 amp ESC for micro motor not 6-10 amp
and yes u can use these motor for quad but not a big quad bec these are micro brushless motor
But i will suggest u this one

for a good thrust but u need 25 amp ESC for this one

not 20amp esc because
Divide the max number of watts produced by these motors to 8.4 volts that much amps this motor consume which is not higher than 10 to 15amps.
