i have recently built a quad ,it is recently under the testing phase ,i am using the HK multi-rotor FC v3 in Xconfiguration
today while trying to fly it , few problems occured
1.the right stick was not responding well i.e when i wanted the quad to roll or lean left it went right and when i wanted it to go right ,it went right ,what can be the reason of this
2.some of the motors were getting slow like a kind of fluctuation so the quad was going crazy
#i think 2nd problem happened because i was using a 2200mah 2S lipo(my 3s lipo went bad ,so one cell got damaged so disconnected that cell from the pack) ,i dont have a 3s lipo right now ,so wanted to test it with the 2s one ,the current voltage of the lipo is 8v
it can be also because the motors i have are of DYS brand 1400kv but are of different series(bought 2 in july and the other 2 last week)
#and i think the 1st problem has to do something with gyro reversing or gain settings ,as the quad was going all over the place
Please advice me,and suggest what should be done to improve the performance of the quad.
and if anybody has a used 3s lipo he does not use often please donate it to me (my budget is way over what i expected  ,so currently have 0 in the pocket) ,i can exchange it for my 2s pack ,or you could let me use it for a week or two ,so i could save some money for a new lipo.

I am having one 3s (2200mah) lipo which I haven't used from some time and its little puffed.But you can out a single cell out it and can make a 3s .Kindly let me know if its of any use to you,will send it across.

You can take out a single cell out of it and make a 3s lipo.Make is turnigy But outer cover have been removed as I received the same from Hk with a bad solder.

1) ?? If you meant its rolling the opposite way, then reverse the roll channel on your Tx and center it. If the quad is taking time to recover while in stable mode, then you need to tune your gains, probably increase the roll/pitch gyro gain until your quad stops drifting and corrects itself quickly.

2)Since I again,cannot understand exactly what you meant, Your motors should work on 2S lipo so it shouldnt be a problem for the motors unless your AUW is too high wrt to thrust generated by motors @2S. Gains change as weight/battery changes so retuning may be necessary.Cant find much details about the motor because there are more than 1 DYS brand 1400kv (DYS BE1806,DYS 2212) so you will have to make sure, thrust generated is atleast 60% greater than AUW.

can you specify the motor series numbers.
may the diffrent series produce diffrent thrust,
you can adjust the cg towards the motors have high thrust will improve stability but the
best idea is use same type 4 motors.

Max current:26A

and another 2 is

2 of your motors is D2826-10
Rpm/V: 1400kv
Max watt(W): 205
Max Current: 21A

these motors are too much difference in power and thrust so flying your quad is a tough job with this condition, also 99% chance to damage your quad(im totally against to trying this)

not another hole but another thing u just learnt. so be happy.

u ve not mentioned the weight n size of ur quad. if ur using 450 frame then I wld suggest u to put a big hole in ur pocket.some how ur are going to order two new motors of 1400kv. instead get 4 new motors of 1000kv it ll make ur quad more stable.

SORAV sir , received the battery today ,it is a bit puffed but i can de-puff it by putting it in the fridge for some time ,i received it with a voltage of 12.24v  .thank you for it
