If you are using Naza Lite V1, most of what you are saying does not make sense.
[1] For example, arming it requires ANY ONE of 4 possible stick movements, not 4 things that have to be performed in sequence. See page bottom of page 15 and top of page 16 ("Step 2: Cut Off Type") in the manual below :

Regarding Yellow blinking rapidly, see page 18 then number "4" under notices. It says
Check the LED indicator. Read the appendix in this manual for details. LED will give fast yellow blinking if in fail-safe mode.
I am beginning to wonder if you missed the manual completely and were basing your work on some wrong documentation.
