Hi Manish,
I bought the same from quadkop, i works good. But to start with you may feel it difficult coz of multiple versions and boards floating on net.
No probs,
check the sections in code.goo.../multiwii
For calibration i am using multiwii guiv2.3
I ve few document downloaded from google coulf share upon request.
Also FYI I have interfaced wifi to the uart interface in place of ftdi, which helped me monitoring the sensor values at flight.

Yes, you need an ESC(20A-30A) to control the BLDC's... MultiWii just sends the control signals(PWM) to the Electronics Speed Control(ESC) which controls the speed of your BLDC inturn.
