Hi, what is the best way to mount sunnysky angel motors on quad arm? With its mount or directly on it. Huh?

Ideally you should use the mount, as you can zip tie it on the arms or use screws. Similarly it also creates some space between the shaft and the arm(shaft protrudes 2-3mm from the back without mount) .

If you dont want to use the mount, you would have to use screws which are long enough and should be screwed properly so that it doesnt touch the windings on the underside of the motor. You would also need to drill a center hole for the shaft ,on the arm.
