i had purchased AVIONIC PRO C2836 KV880 (http://www.rcbazaar.com/product.aspx?productid=4107) from rcbazaar. i am using a flightline 30A ESC which i bought from rcdhamaka. i am using a 3S lipo. the motor is mounted on my S500 quadcopter frame and im using a 10x4.5 propeller. the issue is when i run the motor with no propeller attached there is very less vibration which is kinda okayish. the issue is when i attach the propellers to the motor and increase the throttle the motor starts vibrating as i increase the throttle the vibrations make the S500 arm jump up and down the vibrations are  the worst. Could someone tell me how to reduce the vibrations.

(ALL THESE VIBRATIONS ARE FOUND TO HAPPEN BELLOW 60% OF THROTTLE)

thank you!

Double check if you have balanced the motor and the props properly...
Are all of them producing the vibrations or only one
You can buy vibration damper balls or use sponge for dampening

set acc_hardware = 1

I don't think unbalanced props can cause such bad vibrations (unless they are really horrible). If the vibrations are that bad perhaps you should check if the propellers are fastened correctly. Make sure that you have installed the correct adapter ring in the prop and that the prop nut has been tightened sufficiently.

PS: This is the wrong board for this query.

well its only one motor. the propellers are tightened  properly. the thing is at low throttle below 50% it vibrates badly and  above 50% its reduced again!

Have you tried dampening that motor?
Are the vibrations less?

Re:

I would say remove the screws of  motors that u used to fit them on the frame and tighten them all together kinda may happen due to one or 2screws more tighter than the other 2 check the screws and yes the prop adapter have a check on it too unmount and mounting it again should help

are the prop adapter screws tightened properly ? actually had same experience before that the motor vibrates a lot at low rpm (low throttle) it kinda shooks like its left loose bt then it gets good when at higher rpm bt when i changed the prop it was less may be u should try that dont knw bt vibration was less when i changed to a new prop Smiley

yes they tightened properly! well i swapped motors and found out that the arm that vibrates is the problem. the motors are fine. the arm had broken earlier so got replacement from quadkopters.com they must have given me a not so proper one! so all the vibrations are due to the replace quadcopter arm!
