throttle is not at lowest at startup

do esc throttle range calibration and make sure that
that when you startup your tx throttle is at its lowest

1.Check for the correct firmware.
2. Check if the throttle or rudder stick needs to be reversed.

@Saikat: thank you for your post. i did the esc and throttle calibration as per the manual instructions, the blue led was solid, post the throttle calibration. however the esc started beeping with a high frequency. is that right or do i need to make changes.

@RcBharat: I am using a turnigy 9x, mode2. pardon me, but did you mention the firware of the tx, or the multiwii control board. Also i am using a 3s lip0 with 1800 mAh, i knwo the rating is very low, but for startup i thought i would experiment with this battery. Will the low current rating cause a problem.

There is nothing wrong in your battery and your Tx firmware.

Please confirm is it HK i86 or multi wii?

Ok

Check if the throttle and rudder sticks are in the correct way they should be.

The arming procedure is

Put the throttle stick in minimum position and pull the rudder stick to the rightmost position for 5 second.
It should work now.
