Help selecting motors and battery

Hello all,
Building my first quad using aeroquad and diy aeroquad shield. I have bought 10" props and the frame is going to be made of aluminium. Could anybody say me a perfect motor and battery to fly the frame? Frame will probably weigh 300-400 gms. Thanks
