Title: Hubsan X4 micro quadcopter
Post by: theleabres on April 23, 2014, 09:35:36 PM
Opened today but haven't maiden yet.  Does anyone out there have experience with this model?  I got this to fly indoors in the living room when outside conditions aren't friendly.

Yes ! i have one, pretty straight forward, has an expert mode, stick reverse etc, normal mode is quite sluggish, not outdoor friendly, i got some spares like motors props too (Can be a common spare stock).

Connect batt then sw on the tx wait till the blue light goes off, (indicative of it is linked) Low batt is indicated by all LEDs blink

It flips too, quite well, brushed motor doesn't respond too well in climb and descent, a lot of lag there (having flown so many different Multirotors now, i feel this)

Anything else ? do gimme a holler

Thanks for the input.  I was flying the Blade MQX which was decent in light winds but it had no accelerometer and needed constant correction.  I'll be flying this at night in zero wind so it should handle as advertised.  I'm not into flips, just cruising around.
