I am thinking to build a drone myself.. something similar to Wizard x220s but with better frame. Benefit of building this quad manually is that, you can replace anything at any time. parts are cheap total cost of this quad will be around $200. exluding hd camera which I have own already

My question are as follow

[1] Please check if this battery is perfectly fine for this setup.. only this battery ships from Aliexpress to India.
[2] Please check flight controller.. this one support barometer and compass both.. so I can it will be steady and will be ok to take videos?

Battery is on the low side. The quad (considering only the motors) requires a maximum of ~95A. Whereas even the burst discharge of the battery pack is just 90A. Meaning once you go full throttle or even above 75% throttle, battery is going to get hurt. You just need to get a better battery. You can buy that from any LHS.

Get a better ESC. It is designed for 20A and not anymore. Usually people go for around 5-10A headroom.
Go for a 30A esc.

As far as the flight controller is concerned, you don't need barometer and compass to remain steady. A flight controller is ultimately designed to stabilize the quad, long story short: every FC is able to do that.

You just need to get a better battery. You can buy that from any LHS.

Here is my suggestion:
1) The frame is good and durable. And will be easy to work with if you are a first timer.
2)For motors go for racerstar 2306s 2400kv, almost same price. If you can, buy the aokfly Rv2306 2400kv, same as racerstar but a little bit powerful and more durable. Only about 880rs each. These aokfly will last longer. I would buy the aokfly.
3)For esc- If you will be using the racerstar 2205, then go for racerstar rs20a v2(not v1) and if you are going to be using racerstar or aokfly 2306, then use the racerstar rs30a v2. Only use the v2 not v1. I would recommend buying seperate esc and not 4in1 as if an esc in 4in1 goes wrong then you will have to replace the whole esc board, but with separate esc you will only have to replace one esc, so it will be cheaper in repairs.
4)Propellors and vtx are good.
5)For flight controller and pdb. Buy the hglrc f4 flame flight controller.It is great. It is an f4 borad with pdb and osd built in about 2200rs, which would be almost be same as buying separate pdb and flight contoller. And you do not need compass and barometer for stable flights. If you want to use seperate pdb and flight controller, use a matek pdb and a standard f4 flight contoller with osd built in.
6)for camera use- eachine 1000tvl  1/3 ccd 110 degree camera. About 680 rs.
7) for battery, do not buy them from china, buy them in india, check-  rcmumbai.com and quadkopters.com .  The infinity race spec 4s 1300 90c lipo from quadkopters.com is good.

But as you said your budet is 200$ = 13000-14000 rs. Then you can buy some very good parts in this price range. Send  me a personal message and i can suggest you some good parts in that price range.

Thanks a lot for the reply. I have searched RCMumbai and quadcopters .. but their price is sky high.  This is why I have to depend on Ali Express but as you suggested you can provide me links of these parts within range, I will be very happy to have them but I want to use that same Flight board with barometer and compass.. barometer because I want to fly it without transmitter so I can take good videos you know.

Infinity 1500mah 14.8V 90C 4S1P Race Spec Lipo Battery from Quadkopters.com is 2000/- rs   which is huge..  I can get similar battery from Aliepxress in 1000/-rs. Help me out in this.

Then, do not buy the battery you mentioned, instead buy the infinity 1300mah 70c from aliexpress. Should i send you the links of the parts i mentioned or links of better parts under 1400 rs? Also you cannot fly without a transmitter. A barometer and compass will not help in this drone.They do not provide any extra stability in these drones. These type of drones are meant for fpv racing. You can do photography with it but if you want to do professional and very stable  videography, you will have to build a big dji like drone or buy a dji drone itself.
