Kk2.1 board fails to stabilise after some time

I am using hiller q450 quad with avionic 850 kv motor ,10_4.5 prop
There is some vibration, it fly well for about 30 sec and then it flip to one side and crash.
Every time it behave like this.
How much vibration is permissible for kk board ??
