Title: Re: Motor mounting Post by: SideWinder on December 20, 2014, 02:31:33 PM Ideally you should use the mount, as you can zip tie it on the arms or use screws. Similarly it also creates some space between the shaft and the arm(shaft protrudes 2-3mm from the back without mount) .
If you dont want to use the mount, you would have to use screws which are long enough and should be screwed properly so that it doesnt touch the windings on the underside of the motor.
