Which mode were you flying in? What all sensors are you using?
Have you tuned the craft? If yes can you post a screenshot of the PID's, size and setup of your quad etc?

I have tried every single mode , acc , baro , mag , alt hold

Setup - http://rcbazaar.com/products/1463-hiller-q450-rtf-with-kk-v55-except-lipo-and-tx.aspx (http://rcbazaar.com/products/1463-hiller-q450-rtf-with-kk-v55-except-lipo-and-tx.aspx)

Removed the kk and installed the multiwii

Pid is in the pic

First of all, please update the firmware if possible. Latest stable version is 2.3 multiwii. Its better than 2.1 and has some new features.

Okay, so have you to tried to fly in just acc mode?Hows the flight? Is it flying lazily(slow response to stick input), or too excited(vibrations&oscillations, going up and down). You probably need tuning, specifically roll/pitch,yaw and Level. You can read more
 @ http://www.multiwii.com/wiki/index.php?title=PID#Basic_PID_Tuning (http://www.multiwii.com/wiki/index.php?title=PID#Basic_PID_Tuning)
     http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1375728 (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1375728)

Then you see the values on the right-top side, which are stick position, therein roll/pitch/rudder values should be at 1500 when your sticks on radio are at neutral position.

To use the mag , you need to first find magnetic declination of your flying field/area and save that in the multiwii code, then calibrate the magnetometer. As for baro, I dont know why your baro is showing altitude as 200+? You probably need to cover the sensor with a small piece of sponge or foam to isolate it from wind disturbance, prop wash etc. However first tune your copter for normal stabilized mode, then move on to baro/mag.

I am going to upload a video , flying in acc only , the firmware is 2.3 only , pls see the video and then tell me a specific prob

The firmware on your multiwii is 2.1, which can be seen on top left side of the tuning screen window as '210', otherwise it should have been '230'. And its not a problem as such, but improper tuning and I cannot give you specific inputs as in the PID values. So I can tell you what needs to be changed once I have a look at your flight but you will have to figure the values yourself.
And if you are new to PID tuning, let me warn you, its going to be time consuming, but not impossible :)

Oh , I thought it already came with 2.3 as it's the latest version , here's the link

Btw that's my cousin brother's account so don't comment anything there .
Noticed it just now as I was shooting from his ipad and his account was selected , that I didn't know

I dont know what version they usually come in, but your FC has 2.1 as of now and needs an update.

You could have flown a little bit higher because the quad jumps on impact due to vibrations registered by sensors and then again comes down due to lower hover altitude. Try to fly at 5-6feet height and see if it exhibits the same behavior. Anyways I hope that flight video was in acc mode only and if it was then only two things come to my mind
--low P value of "Level". Try to increase P value in level and check out how it works.
--Or too much vibrations, try to mount your FC on foam or vibration proof stuff rather than screwing it to the body. You can also balance props, motors if you can.

It's already mounted on vibration proof stands , how to increase p value of level ?

Can you confirm whether the flight was in just acc mode or acc with baro?
You have mounted your FC on nylon spacers, which Im not sure if it comes under vibration proof stands. And if you check out the configuration screen, you will see "Level" as the 8th option, the first value is P which is currently 7.0 for you.

However I believe vibrations to be the primary cause, I will recommend you to first try mounting FC on double sided foam tape or some other jugaad! Then check howz the flight. And please read more about multiwii, watch some videos of tuning multiwii on youtube etc. Also upgrade the firmware, wherein you will need to make specific connections, and also edit the multwii sketch file as per your needs.

The person from whom I bought them said that they reduce vibration , but I'll your idea , and if it doesn't work then I'll change the pid , but in my mac when I click on that option or use keyboard , it does nothing , so how do I change it ?

In windows, I usually take the mouse over the value that I would like to change and scroll mouse button up and down.

Okay I'll use a USB mouse .i am going change the pid before the vibration fix as it's a lot easier

It's working . Thanks . Which one should increase p , I  or d ?

P, as I have said earlier, but if vibration is too much changing PID values wont help.

Okay . Thanks , will upload a video soon , if it has another problem or even if it flies well

That problem is solved , a million thanks to you , but now another problem has come , as soon as it lifts off it just goes up . It does not stop until and unless I cut the throttle . Pls help

Solved...how? Whats the new PID?

To get a stable throttle stick, you need to add throttle curve, and smoothen it out at hover stick values. You have to do this on your Radio. This can be done on multiwii too but I havent tried it yet.

I changed the p from 7 to 10.3 and it worked !!! There's already a throttle curve on my radio but no changes , so I'll try it in multiwii

I really think that the company should make a proper software , like dji and apm
