Title: My DIY Quad Project
Post by: shrikant prabhu on August 29, 2014, 08:57:05 PM
First post here. Hope I am in the right forum space. Pretty excited about the quad I want to build. Don't know a thing about building one. All the purchases shown below are made based on internet knowledge. For all I know, my quad may go straight or fly reverse  ;D  Please advise if I have left out anything and also how not to set fire to the board.  :banghead:  I have placed orders with HK for some and some I already got  from Indian sources. It may take another 20-25 days to get all the things. Meantime I thought I will seek some advise as to what else I should get. Idea is to build something to record with my Mobius camera on board. At present learning to fly and record video with my Syma x5c. Any input will be of great help and is very much appreciated. Thanks.

You don't want to mislead people, HK gives a refund if the parcel is lost.

Thanks. The battery was bought from
http://www.ebay.in/itm/201142938583?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 (http://www.ebay.in/itm/201142938583?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649)

The motors and the ESC's are ordered from HK. I hope they come without any trouble. In the Indian market the choice is limited and one has to go to these people. I had ordered two spare batteries for my Syma from HK about a month ago. They are yet to reach me. The time wasted waiting for the product is frustrating.
All the best for your project.
Regards

yes they give it but it takes time i ordered 2 lipos and the order got lost, so they told me my money will be refunded soon, i got the refund after a month with constant complaining but i dont say they dont have good service there service is best in terms of international sellers but its our money thats on stake...and shrikant best of luck
