Title: Naza CFG-ERR error and cant calibrate E,A and R help !
Post by: ruhul786 on February 01, 2015, 02:37:55 AM
Hello,
I am keep getting the CFG-ERR error at the bottom of the screen. When I click "Start" for calibration the sliders doesn't respond except Aileron Throttle . Cant calibrate elevator and rudder?even though when i reverse it from naza assistant and 9xr still it doesn't work?Only throttle and Aileron moves/works?now only throttle moves?
any idea why its not working?

connect aileron/CH5/CH6(any working channel) from receiver to evator then rudder and check naza is faulty or not.

From your video the first thing I notice is your mode 2 radio is configured in RETA configuration but in you mixer menu, channels are not following the same order infact its configured as TAER . Yet your Thr and Ail stick are matched correctly to Naza, so you have connected those two channels correctly to Naza irrespective of configuration.

If your Naza is fully functional and if you have checked and connected Naza to RX correctly polarity wise(cant see it in video), then you can try change the channel assignments in Tx Mixer menu to

CH1- Ail
CH2- Ele
CH3- Thr
CH4- Rud

If you do that^^ then ideally connections from your Rx to Naza should be like:

CH1 - A
CH2 - E
CH3 - T
CH4 - R

Their is chance it may work.Similarly, people who faced similar error(no non working channels tho) got their issue solved by uninstalling Naza Assistant, cleaning up folders, and reinstalling.

Hi
i did connect on other channels like CH5 CH6 but no luck still i am having same problem and other ppl also having similar issues like me so i don't think my naza is faulty.

Basic calibration is not related to radio, is for sensors(accelerometer and gyroscope etc.)

attach only four servo leads to receiver
A. to CH1
E. to CH2
T. to CH3
R. to CH4

( connect  F1 and F2 ports with servo lead attach battery and then attach naza to computer ( it is in safe mode now ) open naza assistance software there shows update available to 1.00 version update it setup it. surely it will work..)

keep one thing in mind your pc must have internet connection

regards

connect f1 and f2 port with servo extension cable.. ( f1 and f2 port on output side ). and than power up naza and connect to pc.
