Title: Need help for FPV frame
Post by: yashsk8 on May 13, 2016, 05:35:33 PM
I am unable to decide which frame to buy for fpv....
they all seem more or less the same to me....

is the tarot 300 mini a good option
or maybe the blackout 250 class
or H-King 250 class.

please help me out

Also suggest which fpv goggles are the best....like professional ones...not the diy ones..

Depends on the power/motors that you have and the use.

250 class is mainly used for racing. Go for 450 size if you want it for FPV slow flying.

You should go for a TBS Discovery/deadcat type frame for slow flying FPV. 250 are for acrobatics and racing.

Attitude V3 are good, I own them. Quantum V2 Goggles are also great.

I agree with Cycloned. TBS Discovery is a good larger FPV platform. If you're looking for a racer frame, the ZMR250 V2 from FPV Model is extremely durable and reasonably priced. I recommend the version without PDB as the full frame PDBs make repairs harder and the whole frame weaker. You can use a 36x36mm PDB with that. The main disadvantage is that it is relatively heavy, and is a H frame while the trend seems to be moving towards X-frames. If you tell us your budget and exact requirements from the frame we can make more informed suggestions.
