I want to buy all the components necessary for building a quadcopter,except for the frame and the transmitter.
can any one please tell me what are the chances of getting my stuff to stuck at customs or get lost if i order from hobby king

Well order them in parts they won' get stuck.
I would suggest to order the charger from ebay.com or aliexpress.

If you are not planning to get specific parts that is sold by HK only, You can get dirt cheap deals on motors, ESC , Flight control board, DJI F450 Frame, LiPo chargers , other accessories and h/w from ebay.com with out any extra shipping costs or customs hassles .
As these items arrive in separate small packets through international airmail, the chance of customs duty is very very low. Also, your money is safe if transaction is made through paypal , If item didn't arrive at the given time frame, request a refund, and the case will be cleared in a weak maximum (unlike HK) .

Only problem is it will take 7(I got a parcel in 7 days) to 30 Days for delivery. but considering the price you get the items, it's not much of a problem
