With multiwii nanowii you would have attitude stability but no position hold or altitude hold, moreover nanowii has very less memory to handle GPS module and also needs I2C-GPS nav module to connect GPS .Such costly setups is recommended to be used with GPS, with failsafe and RTL features probably a Naza or APM etc. Also I have doubts on the strength of your frame, but pics can be deceiving!

Now say your frame weighs 300gms,
all four motors would come upto 600-650gms,
4 esc's will weigh 150gms,
10000mah 6s lipo comes around 1.4kg,
FC and other things will add 100-200gms max.
Also lets add 300gms elbowroom for anything else which you may add during build.

So AUW would approx come upto 2.9/3kg without payload & 5kg with payload.

Each motor on 6s lipo can produce thrust of(as per data sheet)
1.9kg @15*5" props,
2.3kg @ 16*5.4",
2.6kg @ 17*5.8".

Since your AUW is 5kg approx you will need 10kg total thrust and more if you need fast, agile flight. Hover should be achieved at 50% throttle,so you should either increase the size of the prop or use a 7s lipo with 15" prop. Altho without the payload your quad is going to be perfect.

These are theoretical calculations, real world performance may differ.

650mm quad frame
4006 950kv motors(1.5kg /motor)
12" carbon fibre props
40a simonk esc
3s 5500/10000mah nanotech lipo
Dji naza lite/apm 2.6 flight control board

Each motor lifts 1.5kg so divided by 2
Is 750grams per motor
So total lift capacity is 3kg
Frame weight around 600 grams
Battery weight for 3s 5500mah is 400grams
Motors snd esc snd fcb another 300 grams
You are left with 1.7kg of more lift of capacity (a 100 grams more or less)

If you need any help regarding making a quad feel free to contact me
