Re:

Are the ESCs calibrated? Do you have the buzzer(if available) beep or a LED flash while arming the motors?

Now whos next??

If its urgent, go buy new motors.
If you have some time,
EXAMINE THE MOTOR WIRES (make sure they are perfectly soldered to all 3 pads).
Rip the heatshrink off your esc, Look for any burnt traces around the fets (unlikely in your case).
And EXAMINE THE PLACE WHERE THE WIRES MEET THE WINDINGS (a common problem in bell type and normal stressed out motor is these joints fatigue and break).

Happy Flying

You will have to give more details..
Did you calibrates ESC's, ? Have you loaded the correct motor layout in KK board? Is the orientation right?
You should also check the mixer layout in KKv board and see if the Transmitter and sticks are shown correctly. check the minimum and maximum Throttle endpoints

Hi Karthik,

You meassure with Multimeter if there is Voltage in each motor? This way you can assure is problema is in motors or previous circuit.

Sure problem in previous circuit, because very difficult 4 motors are Broken, sure your Controller Logic Card is broken due to some short circuit and any IC is broken.....you should change with other and check again.

Best Regards.

Please remove the props before doing this....
Karthik before we get into components lets try and see if we can solve it normally.
What transmitter are you using? Sometimes Transmitter like CT6B have a throttle cut switch assigned already in that case when you arm you wont get the thrust until its flipped. Try and change the position of other switches and check if its arming. (90% this can be one of the reasons as I had faced the same long back when I had KK2.1 and CT6B)

Secondly in KK2.1 menu find Receiver test and click enter. Try and move each stick and see if the mapping is correct or reversed. Move your throttle stick and see the movement if its correct.

If the above doesnt work try this...
Remove all your props if you have not done yet.

Disconnect battery connection from quad. Switch off the transmitter.
Now follow these steps to see if we can calibrate all escs together and try and arm it.
Raise your throttle to Max position and leave it there. Turn on your Transmitter.
While holding 1st & 4th switch (below the display) together connect the battery to the kk2.1. You will hear beep release the 1st and 4th switch. Lower your throttle stick to minimum position.
If calibration was successful you will hear the beep tone again. That means calibration was successful. Disconnect the battery. Turn off the transmitter.
Now with throttle switch at minimum position turn On your transmitter. Connect your battery and try to arm and see if the motors are spinning.
PLZ TRY THIS WITHOUT PROPS
FLYSAFE..

For the first step. You have 2 switches on your transmitter. One on the right and Second on the left. Just change the position of both and see. If you have CT6b software connect it with the USB cable that must have come with your transmitter and check if the Throttle Cut function is assigned to any particular switches. You might wont to disable that to avoid flipping the swtich everytime you want to arm.

For the calibration you dont have to put the throttle after pressing 1st and 4th Button. Read my instructions properly. Else calibration wont happen.

OPTO means the ESC will not have BEC in case of KK board i am not sure it supplies power to the ESC if u r using the normal ESCs u have to remove the power wire on the ESC and in case of OPTO the controller will to the job of supplying the power please confirm and if the ESCs r giving the power then there is a possibility of the problem u r facing
