What exactly do you mean by not taking off? Not enough thrust or that it's very unstable on lift off?

use big props as i told u, the problem will be fixed, or for even more power go with 12-13" props and 4S battery at least. even the capacity u are using isnt enough, get a 4Ah atleast

A single motor you are using on average draws 20-25amps max with 3s lipo and 12" props(approx figures). So you should get a battery which can discharge 80amps (minimum)at a given time. I hope you know how to calculate current discharge rate of a battery (mah * C/1000)

i.e if going for a 3s 2200 mah lipo then it should be 40C+,
or 3s 3000 mah lipo should have 30C+
or 3s 4000 mah lipo should have 20C+

Going for higher capacity will increase weight of your multirotor considerably, which would make it inefficient, so my opinion would be sticking to 4000mah , you can also use a 4s battery but then your current draw may increase to 100amp so select battery accordingly.

Now, you never mentioned discharge rate of previous lipo. The primary reason for a puffed battery is over draw of current while in use or short circuit, and I believe in your case it was over draw.

now i am one battery short for transmitter or i say for copter.
Not sure what you meant there but dont use the low discharge transmitter battery for you copter, its not adequate.

And please read more about the subject you are dealing with, because a little knowledge is a dangerous thing! You just lost your battery because of your lack of awareness which could have been dangerous too.

For transmitter you can use any low discharge batteries such as
http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__31315__turnigy_9xr_safety_protected_11_1v_3s_2200mah_1_5c_transmitter_pack.html (http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__31315__turnigy_9xr_safety_protected_11_1v_3s_2200mah_1_5c_transmitter_pack.html)

You can also use any 2/3s battery which fits inside the battery slot of any discharge rates, altho low discharge batteries are recommended. I use a 1300mah & 500mah 2s lipo 20C for my Flysky 9ch Tx.

The battery i use for transmitter and quad is same turnigy 2200 mah 30c 3s1p.

Are you using same Battery for transmitter and quad ??  :headscratch:
2200 mah 30c 3s1p ??

i think you need to use lower C rating battery for your Transmitter.

Please provide a Video of your Quad..

please check Rotation of your prop maybe its wrong.

Please calibrate all ESCs Before start any Testing.

I hope it can Help to you...

Post your video so we can check what is the problem...

Thanks...
