guys my deadline is one year. i have  Quadcopter frame. 1.i need esc, motor, battery, propeller combination to lift around 2 kg. 2)whch camera to mount n what all other things to buy to record the video in my comp? plz let me know even the less imp, parts also coz im new to it? thanks

Presuming that you will be using some flight controller (not gyros), it's better to follow existing build-logs that match your requirement the best. Many seniors have build their quads and have posted them in the forum.

For eg.,
A MultiWii quad using an arduino, WM+ and Nunchuk.

I built a quad too but it's not as good as the one mentioned above. ;D

Everyone needs to do a LOT of work before building a quad.

The camera you'll need depends on the quality of pics/video you want. If your wallet is a big one, go for a GoPro, or buy any of those cams on hobbyking. And if you want the video 'live', you'll need FPV. FPV systems are availabe at hobbyking in different ranges. (Ask other members about customs hassles before buying!)

It's always better to do a lot of googling before asking 'too generic' questions.

im using kk multicopter board v2.1. i have frame and 6ch tx and rx. i need proper motor\esc\prop combination to lift 2kg . i thought of buying that fpv combo u get on hobbyking..what would u suggest?

I would suggest you to buy all the power system (motors+ESCs+props) first. Fly the quad. Gain experience, then buy an FPV system in a new shipment. But keep in mind to have a provision for FPV while building the quad. This way you can save yourself lot of money and efforts.

can any1 suggest these combinations? as in products? which is cheap and best?

Hello. Welcome to world of quads. Here are some key points of your requirements.
1. All available quads have problems of payload and endurance.
2. The key is to find the balance (compromise) between your requirements and available platforms.
3. To gain long endurance, you would need bigger (heavier) battery/batteries to stay up. This would decrease your payload capacity.
4. To get better picture quality, you would need heavier cameras and fpv equipment.

Please also pay attention to control boards which can give you nice stabilization. Again stabilization of your camera gimbals would give you nice quality of video but increases the weight.

Here are our suggestions for your problems,
Look for a system which gives you all the solutions in one unit with lesser current requirements and weight.

We have DJI Innovation manufactured products. Look at Wookong M and Naza stabilization platforms. It also provides you gimble stabilization.

DJI has hexa (S800) which allows a payload up to 2 kgs. with an endurance of around 15-17 minutes. Also look at the z-15 of DJI which is an excellent camera stabilization gimbals. If budget is not the limitation, this is a right system for your kind of demand. There are other solutions like the microdrones md4-1000. This bird is around USD 28K (no kidding) gives you 75 minutes of flight time and has 1.2 to 1.4 kgs payload capability.

I would suggest to use the gopro hd hero 2 if you are planning to use the camera in future .it is way better than those hk fpv setups with the goggles (poor video quality)

weight of gopro =only 99gm(11 mega pixels)
price=cheaper than hk fpv(shipping and customs will cost a hell lot)

the  best part of gopro =it is waterproof,crash proof(with housing),can be converted to fpv and etc. etc. etc...

  i am a adventure guy and gopro has never let me down until now (2 years) :bow:
