Lets get started

1. We will fix the motor mount to our square aluminum rods.
Take M3X20 screws 2Nos and fix the motor mount as shown.

2. Now we will fix the legs with aluminum rod.
Take 2 legs

Fix the spacer at bottom hole of the leg.

4. Now we will fix the legs to our bottom and top plates.
From bottom to top the arrangment of the plates will be like this

The center to center of the motor shaft is 600mm.

Is that frame tested...?
I have 3530  1400kv motors...can this  frame handle that power and weight.?
And what about tough and hard landings.....any info on that.

Yes that frame has been tested.
and yes it can handle your hard landings and the motor.

Very nice frame and build log. The spring concept is new and good, it will easily withstand hard touchdowns.

I've seen a similar design frame at a friends place, which he has bought from china. But it didn't had the spring landing gear. Overall this frame looks much better than the chinese one. Good job once again {:)}

Yeah this frame looks like famous x525 frame especially landing skid but spring concept is innovative.

by the way, where are u these days ? i got stuck in a very bad situation ,i tried to contact u but u were nowhere..:-(
anyway, the gud news is that i have submitted my hovercraft in the college with no issues encountered...ALL WENT FINE,,,it was working(however the vertical fan could not work as the IC we used to control it ie.l293d god BURNT....:(...)...still m happy wt i got.;)...thanks fr ur kind help...

you have to mount this upside down. Means the shaft side of the motor needs to be mounted below the motor mount.

Just take the measurement is the motor wider that the space between the stands.. Or else you can mount it upside down on top but you have buy another prop mount i dont know the name i will try to post a link of the same.
