It would be very much helpful if you post a video of your quadcopter.
1) Do you feel any increase in motor speed with your throttle.
2)what is size and weight of your model.
3)what is the propeller size.

@shelake,
SAFETY FIRST.
DO NOT HOLD THE LIPO LIKE THAT.
IF THE QUAD LIFTS OFF, YOU'LL BE IN REAL TROUBLE.

Next:
Please approach the problem by analysing your observations, and using data. And unless you share the data, others cannot help.

Observation: Not lifting.
Likely reasons, a) not enough power, b) too much weight

If not enough power:
Likely reasons, a) battery voltage and/or current providing ability not enough, b) motors too weak

To proceed further, you have to tell us:
1. The number of cells, and C rating of your 3000mah lipo. Are you using a 2cell lipo where a 3cell lipo is required?
2. The wattage rating of your motors (pl mention make, model number etc)
3. Are the props the ones recommended for these motors?
4. All up weight including battery.
5. Whether you caliberated the throttle?

REPEAT CAUTION:
Pl attach battery to model. DO NOT HOLD BY HAND, ESPECIALLY ABOVE MODEL.
Why is the battery not on the model?

@shelake,
ARE ALL YOUR MOTORS/PROPS PRODUCING LIFT OR DOWNTHRUST?

I've seen this once before on RCI. Never expected to see it again.

Your ESCs look to be completely out of sync.
Follow the steps below.
1) Calibrate your ESCs.
2) Check the ESC-FC wiring.
3) Check if you have selected the right Multirotor type.
4) Check your Remote mixing.
5) Never Ever, EVER hold a lithium polymer battery like that.

It looks like on of the motor rotating in wrong direction or left red arm motor is not in synchronisation.
1.Check motor spinning directions
2.Try to calibrate ESCs
3. Calibrate accelerometer and gyroscope.
4. Try flying in open field in grass so that you have much room to play.
