While ordering just make up your mind that you've lost $70, that way you'll not regret if it gets detained. If you're lucky enough, you'll get it.

It doesn't mean that everyone will get it. It depends on your luck. Better use DHL / any shipping with tracking. I'll never suggest to use Post, as once it is lost it is lost forever, nobody can help you.
