Title: RTF/ARF kit to learn flying.
Post by: Inv3nt0r on June 30, 2016, 12:31:25 PM
I want to know which will be best RTF/ARF kit to learn to fly quad or Multirotor. I was thinking of this:
Though it's a racer, it's so small and also u was thinking to learn to fly in its 1st stabilise mode. I want to learn FPV flying for first preference and secondly normal flying by looking at quad directly. Give me some suggestions..
Thanks

Good but it have parts which are not compatible with my current part. My vtx in goggles don't support that frequencies and also don't have that DSM transmitter. Something bigger and better?

hello inventor
i would suggest to first fly los thats looking at the quad and master the basics of flying and understand the rtf or arf anyone you choose and then go for fpv also fpv goggles has vrx and not vtx :) mostly all boscam frequencies are supported by most of the tx but do check before you buy for the compability..
you can even opt for cheerson cx10 or similar small toys but they will only help you to understand the some basics and have smaller range

Thanks for the reply.
Yes bro, I have successfully builded an pretty high end hexacopter with camera gimbal. It flies very well but I crashed it because of my mistake :banghead: so I was thinking to buy small quad, not so small like that ebay one but around 250 like racer will be ok and 400 like quad will be perfect. I have Pixhawk and also SunnySky motors which I can use, but I wanted new small beginner kit to learn flying so that I will not crash expensive. :)
Yes my bad :p I have FatShark Attitude V2 which supports 5.8GHz F bands which are 5820-5840-5860 MHz.
I can fly pretty ok, that I tried with my hexa but I don't want to put my project build at risk so better to get better in flying and then fly. Any better kit like this:

I already have Multistar 4s low discharge 5200mah battery which I can use and X8R-XJT with 9xr pro. :) but I wanted little cheaper and little smaller than this. I am thinking of that racer one but it's not like a good idea :headscratch: cause it's racer one.
