Dear friend, here is my first quadcopter, made from pvc pipes and its joiners ( connectors )

Below are some of its pics. Need your valuable suggestions.

Three types of joiners  are used

T       T type
+       four way type
O-     one way type

3 mm hex bolts are used to place the joiners and pipes hold together.

Four way is used in center. so that four arms can be fixed from center.
One way at arm ends for mounting , motors on flat surface.
T joiner at the center of each arms for making legs or stand.

So if any parts damage or broke during landing or crash, it can be replaced with new one at very low cost.
need not to completely build new frame. And all parts are easily available at small price, i.e less than ten rs for each piece.  any part just rs  10.

4 one way =       30 x 4 = 120 gm
4 t connecot =    10 x 4 = 40 gm
1 four way  =      1 x 40 = 40 gm
4 pipes   =         20 x 4 =  80 ( this is approx )

 approx it will be --  300 gm approx (+ or - 20 to 30 gm )

Thanks everyone.
Girishji, yes its sturdy.
I have to do little correction in it.specially to make it more rigid i have to insert the arm,more inside the 4way ( center part ) till line ''B'', now they reach line A only.
For that i have to smoothed the inner part of 4way.
As for general purpose they are made such that the arms reach till the end part of 4way and stuck there for tight fitting.

Should i make the Arms bit shorter ?

Pass one arm through hole and the other arm, cut into two, insert them and glue inside... you will get a very firm support. of course you will have to ream some parts inside and ensure the cut parts are right length
