the quad vibrates randomly and flips over, sometimes it will generate enough thrust at 80% throttle, sometimes at 40% only

All escs calibrated, motor props are spinning right, acc calibration done and fc properly programmed.
can anyone please help me sort this issue?never had such problem with my previous naza

I could be wrong, but it seems the props are not fitted properly. Naza orientation seems wrong as well.

With the FC pointed forward, the front left prop should be CW.

Well in your video, at 34sec you can see a CW prop which seems to be on the front right of the FC.

had a lovely flight last night, but broke a prop while landing the quad, the naza keeps flashing red light rapidly now and doesn't generate enough throttle, what can be the issue here?

Recalibrate Tx sticks....... that's one of the errors..... or read manual to see other reason for red blinking

Please read the manual of naza carefully. Continuous red blinking indicates low voltage. Reset your naza controller to default settings and then reprogram it. For the starters, uncheck the low voltage alert and see if u still get red blinks .

continuous red blinking means low voltage or some other error(calibration or mag. interference)

when i couldn't take off my voltage was 11.7v but the first level protection was set to 11.2
this was some other issue i guess

roby when you said that it is not giving enough thrust thats when i suspected that it can be a voltage issue.

did you calibrated the voltage ? i mean does gaza app and voltmeter both should show the same voltage readings.
