Hi Experts,

I upgraded my Taranis X9D Plus, older version(I believe 2015) with OpenTx 2.3.14 and its bootloader. Also also updated the XJT to current available version (v2.1.0). My bad luck all the receivers (S8R, X8R, RX8R, RXSR) which were working all stopped working now even though I upgraded all of them with latest ACCST v2.1.0.

Inputs are appreciated!

Thanks,
Imtiaz.

Silly Question. Did you rebind the Rx after upgrading the Firmware ? there is no reason this should happen otherwise. Also check if you have same of either of FCC/LBT version of FW on both Tx-Rx

Thank you for the comment "Silly Question"

Please understand that when I am using 5 to 6 receivers since long time, I should also be aware of the binding procedure post firmware updates.
I have updated the receivers with firmware version FCC ACCST 2.1.0 and tried re-binding them but no success and hence the need of this post.

Now answer my question, hope it is not silly now!
I feel the latest version of OpenTx (2.3.14) may have compatibility issues.

For starters next time only update one rx and see if works !. There are no discussions about this issue on opentx forums or rcgroups ?.

You cant go back to previous stable firmware  Head Scratching

Reason I said "Silly" as such silly mistakes have been done from NASA to ISRO , who have a Booklet of Checklists.
The OpenTx version has nothing to do with Firmware major/Minor version in the Tx/Rx module , except handling new protocols like CRSF etc.
Hope searching on Frsky/OpenTx forum helps.
Test with Receiver's FPort/Sport/SBUS wire removed and just power given ...

For now I managed to resolve this issue thru an external RF Module (4in1 - IRX4 Plus) and now all the receivers bind and work well. Internal RF Module still needs a fix - WIP.

I got rid of my old FlySky Radio as well since I bound my FS receivers to it!
