which esc should i use for AEW 2822 Brushless Motor 1100KV

i am bit confused because its max amps is 9.9a but the site is saying recommended esc is 30a Huh?

Fly Low, Fly 3D, Fly often



A 15-20A ESC should be good for it. A little extra headroom is always good which is required to protect against burst rate and amp spikes which will keep the ESC cooler. A bigger ESC is not going to hurt unless you are concerned about the extra weight of a bigger ESC. Price difference should not be much.

Agree with Mr.Salam, As the max A rating is 9.9 and the W is 102...
you can go with a 18A esc with 3s will be safe.... Smiley

If this is for a multirotor, I do not recommend that Red Bricks. Go fo the Hobbyking F range of escs like th F-20A :

For this motor... 20A red brick is perfect for mutirotors also in my view.. with basic program features and affordable...
