Should I buy eachine 250 racer quad? But I want auto stabilization mode and their are 3 flight controller to choose Naze 32 / cc3d/ and F3 6DOF which should I choose..

What do you want stabilize mode? Mini quads are meant to be flown in acro.

All the flight controllers are just except few hardware components and major change is cc3d as it uses different IMU. But the software you use can be same. All the FCs can be installed with librepilot,baseflight etc. Stabilizing can also be acheived by little bit tuning but since everyone uses them for fpv racings they do not worry much about auto stabilize.
However naze32 or flip32 would be better.
