Hi!

I am relatively new to RC and had built my first F450 drone 1-2months back. I used FS-I6x transmitter and it had been working well and suddenly started throwing error "Warning, Place all switches in their up position and lower the throttle" even though all switches are up and throttle down. I had tried cutting 1-2mm from the throttle stopper but still, the error is thrown. Any help would be wonderful. Thank you.

Hi
Looks like one of the switches is not conducting. I suggest you open the tx and check the continuty of all the switches in the upward position with a multimeter or any other device . One of them has to be faulty , also check the wires and the soldering on the switches.

Thanks for the reply!

I checked for continuity from all the switches in the up position and found no issues in it. Continuity was checked from switch end to board end for all three connections of the switches and a beep sound was heard. Is there anything I should be checking? Kindly assist.

Check the resistance of the trim pot and and compare with the other side ( aileron ). Check the values when stick is on either extreme and also at the centre.

If these suggestions don't work out then I am sorry, as my experience is limited.

I tested resistance and they were almost equal (Don't know if I had tested correctly). One more thing I noticed was continuity testing from the throttle stick to the board. There were four pins on the throttle stick side in which three of them gave beep except for CH2. Would that be a reason for the warning or did I check incorrectly.
