Have you received the item ? If you have received it just use it. 1. ETA is Equipment Type Approval to be obtained from WPC 2. Import License is to be obtained from WPC after ETA 3. Then there is License to be obtained from WPC to use that frequency. But, 2.4 GHz frequency and some more frequencies are license free. 1 & 2 is required for importing of item having any frequency.
