Today got my Spektrum Dx7s. The only thing missing in this Tx is the 'Backlight' . I've googled regarding this and found that there are many kits available in the international online stores. Any body in this forum modded the Dx7s (backlight mod). Any suggestions ? Veterons please guide me. You can ask him or PM him. Just a suggestion, why do you want to open your new radio... or if u really want to go unique then use leds behind the lcd, u can install multicolored lights with some cool effects. Title: Re: Backlight Install for Spektrum Dx7s Post by: vishal on February 16, 2014, 07:01:20 PM its basically a timer circuit attached to the backlight. the reset of the ic 555 is connected to the buzzer out of the radio. n so every time u click something a beep sounds starting the timer and powering it for whatever time u have set it for.
