Title: Best Radios and Receivers in different ranges....
Post by: Sukhpreet on January 02, 2016, 11:15:48 AM
This can be really beneficial for the newbies.  So therefore  I request all the experienced people to share there knowledge and experience.( I KNOW WITH TIME NEW RXTX WILL BECOME OLD AND OTHER RXTX WILL REPLACE THEM. ) but still

Q1.  Best RxTx  in different ranges

        Under 5000
        5000-10000
        10000-15000
        And above 15000

Your favourite RxTx 1- budget one  2- features wise  3-dream RxTx   4-And your favourite company.

@suyash....... Thanks for the reply Bro :)
Is avionic trust worthy....?  I don't know much about the company..... Although the specs are great as compared to the price at which it's available
Because mostly people are buying flysky  or turnigy  Radios :D

instead of rcb6i get yourself a fly sky t6.  rcb6i just looks good but it lacks many many things .

Yup,  I read through those threads.... People are selling it for 3500-3700.......
By the way if you can tell me what's lhs....?

LHS is an acronym for Local Hobby Shop.

Sukhpreet, the best way to go is collect some more funds and get a good radio. Loads of people buy those 'Chinese' radios initially to save money but end up banging their heads and throwing those radios in the garbage bin.

Thanks @swapnil @gaurang, @jovino and @nite,,, I think under 5000 Flysky FS-T6 is the best.. I will surely go for it... At 3300 its quite affordable in comparison to others.

What about flysky i6?

Title: Re: Best Radios and Receivers in different ranges....
Post by: Darshan for multirotors on January 03, 2016, 08:11:50 AM
Some dead lipo's can be revived and can be used for normal purposes during rcing.
I have heard about people just detaching the dead cell from the battery(if two other cells are working) and use the battery as a separate battery.(For Example- removing a cell from a 3s battery and making it a 2s)
That's all the knowledge I have...

Why not FlySky CT6b? Priced@ 2900 (Amazon) and buy as many extra receivers ( from Vibrant hobbies(800+/ rcsportz900+) . Worth for its price!

Title: Re:
Post by: rcrcnitesh on January 03, 2016, 10:47:45 PM
But why when you have the rcb6i for 500 more which is worth every penny!

The rcb6i shows 3.3k but you'll have to pay 500 tax +500 shipping . That'll be 4.3k so get yourself a t6

Title: Re:
Post by: rcrcnitesh on January 06, 2016, 05:29:56 PM
No, it's inclusive of all taxes and the shipping is also ₹200 and not ₹500.

Well a few companies take advantage of unavailability of a few products .....And certainly this is a sad part of every hobby.

The shipping cost is calculated depending on how far you are from their warehouse. I gather RCB has them @Bangalore and Pune, that is why. They don't loot ( as far as I know)

I paid 4.3k for that radio . I think rcb looted me.

You are joking, right?
Back when I started, you had to pay more than  :Rs: 10000 for a decent 6 channel radio! You guys are lucky you get to use this technology for so cheap. Be grateful for once.

And please reserve this kind of sweet language for extreme situations. If an LHS charged you extra, they must have had their reasons.

tanmay.mathur...
i just happened to see this post... to keep you informed all prices at RcBazaar are INCLUDING taxes.... you will NOT be charged any extra taxes ... and refrain from using the word "loot" etc and get your facts right first... show me the invoice where you have been charged taxes EXTRA.. if shown your entire radio cost will be refunded if not write an apology here

"Shoot first think later"  is the typical problem with you guys. YES we pay taxes for EACH invoice to the government of India. What I would suggest is for you to look at your invoice with eyes open. You have been charged rs 3300 for the product and not a paisa more.
We have added the tax element of rs 417.9 (if Iam right) BUT is included in the product cost. (Which means the actual product cost is Rs 3300-Rs417.9 = Rs 2882.1

We as an organization pay 30% customs duty, cost for the WPC approvals, cost for the special import licence, VAT, shipping and transportation charges and not to mention local state taxes and other unstated charges by the govt to get you a 6ch tx with rx at an actual cost of Rs 2882 and yes you guys state as "loot" without even looking at your invoice/s. Wow...
