2.4ghz 6ch TX / TR which one should i go for??? costly or cheap??? n r there any shops in delhi for proper rc plane parts like motor, esc ,lipo servos etc ?? Radio selection is impt for a newbee.... people say its a the only field in rc where u wont repent ur investment..... the more u invest.... the better it is.... here are pros and cons: Branded : Futaba/ spektrum/ c/a/etc pros.... 1) very good for expensive planes.... no gliches ..... ofcourse unless u r too adventurous 2) very reliable 3) smart resale 4) realy good if u think u r going to go on and on...... will last ages cons... 1)cost 2)cost 3)cost 4)limited channels.... (for limited budget) 5)u damage parts ...... usually rx . u r like....... :banghead: :banghead:....... :Rs: :Rs: :Rs: for budget people..... china is like first love pros... 1)lot of channels ...... for tose how like designing there planes and add extra functions lik bomb doors, cameras, telemetry , lights ... night vision..., flaps , airbrakes ..... the list is only limited to ur imagination 2) cost not issue 3) come with simulator ports good for newbees..... helped me alot 4) u crash .... dont care abt repairs.... go get new one... cons... 1) not recomended for expensive planes...... glows/gas..... gliches cud be deadly 2) lower channel (lik 4ch, 6ch) ...... poor hardware quality....... not gona survive if u handle rough... cheap plastic..... 3) lower resale if used > 6mths to 1yr i used 6ch radio Hobbyking for yr or so.... though it had fairly good range ... but had bad gliches specially on lower battery..... had no alarm my suggestion.... if u r tight budget and u think u r going to last fairly long ........ best bate is turnigy / flysky 9ch u can comfortably give them 6/5 ....... on value money good plastic and hardware as compared to china 4ch/6ch....... also superior electronics..... best features i like is its 1)voltage indicator..... no issues on low battery 2)fail safe .... nice and realy helpful.......... u can get adventurous some issues regarding where u get them..... best way... tell ur relative to get it when they travel abroad.. . got mine tis way LHS : rc bharat and rc bazzar stock them..... others also stock but tey hav higher prices i also happen to hav a new piece ;D.... http://www.rcindia.org/for-sale/new-flysky-9ch-tx-rx-for-sale-new-flysky-6ch-rx-for-sale/msg121435/#new avoid ordering them directly from china ..... customs people love them..... very low chance u might get ur piece getting electronics..... if u gonna order lot of stuff like motor esc batteries prop etc .... go for hobbyking..... if u need minor componets lik hinges..... go for LHS...... u dont wnna pay 4$ shipping for .4$ item... link for local hobby shops..... http://www.rcindia.org/rc-outlets-and-resellers/mega-list-of-all-rc-outlets-in-india/ |
