Can somebody please explain what is the difference between a 2.4ghz and a 72mhz controller?(Except for the frequencies used) Why is 2.4 ghz said to be better and as a result more expensive? Also on the internet 72 mhz radios are becoming rare. How are the channels implemented? It like intel pentium I; and intel i7..... in computers pentium 1 is no longer available and nobody wants it...... intel i7 is latest technology and hence expensive....... :salute: :salute: i dont know much about the channels implemented :headscratch: but 72 mhz is easier to use.... (atleast i feel like that..... switch it on and you are ready to go no need to link up :banghead:) ask some senior fliers near by, they can explain properly.... or there are people here on the forum who can help... It is quite interesting that whole DSM2 compatible receivers are available for less than the cost of a crystal used in Mhz radios ! So cost should NOT be a factor anymore in considering 2.4Ghz. |
