Title: Differential thrust setup in avionic rcb6i?
Post by: sayeed on January 19, 2021, 06:26:50 PM
Any possibility of setting up differential thrust mix in avionic rcb6i transmitter?

@sayeed,

I’d never considered differential thrust before.
But your post got me interested.
Found this excellent explanation of how to set up, switchable between only rudder and rudder + differential thrust.
Been a long time since I handled an RCB6i, so no idea if it can be set up this way.
Anyway, some food for thought.
And best wishes for your experiments.
Please do post your findings.
Regards
Iyer

Tried few settings but failed to get fix! As I can see only 3 mixes of factory default

BTW, differential thrust is okay if you are just experimenting with how to set it up, or are already a competent RC pilot.

In case you are a beginner or a novice pilot, it’s not worth the bother.

Just my 2 cents worth...

Edit.
Noticed that you are a member for over 10 years.
Probably have a lot of experience, even though your profile says ‘beginner’!

I had a(differential thrust with rudder mix) try with Flysky transmitter before but not with avionic! I'm considering rcb6i receiver because of its weight for my light weight boeing 767-300!

Since my membership in forum I just had very few tries with RC hobby but never bought RTF or tried my own build successfully!

Only had few experiments on ground.
hope to maiden my first light weight 767 in few days.
