The one gusty sir suggested is the best one for a beginner within budget for sure..
Or you can confider the flysky or turnigy 9x also(A bit more pricy)

i was thinking of orange tx http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__28493__OrangeRx_T_SIX_2_4GHz_DSM2_6CH_Programmable_Transmitter_w_10_Model_Memory_Mode_1_.html    buying it from a friend for 5000 rs..what do you guys suggest. as i am looking for building a micro ws 24-35.
