Restarted the laptop and tried again with the same usb port and others, my laptop is having 3 usb ports of USB 3.0 & 1 usb port of USB 2.0
All the three usb ports of USB 3.0 is not working with this dongle then connected to the last one which is USB 2.0 and it worked, let me finish other settings as per your video and will contact you if there is any problem with configuration.

Great thanks to you Shannon.

Actually I received the package today and RcBazaar guys have not put the servos in the package, they must have shipped today. Also they have not included the foam safe glue in the package.

Is there any other way to check?

I also need help regarding the connections, I am bit confused about that, mainly the motor connection, there are 2 pins, from that one is a black and other is bronze with 2 pins, where to plug that pin?
