yeah aditya, i searched onlne, you can connect without the usb thing. i got the software. some transmitters which dont have removable module n antenna have to be modded adding a resistor inside or something. but myn is removable with antenna. so can i join it with just the audio cable? can there be any harm in it?

You are using FLYSKY TH9X right?

Thanks what i have and i can remove the module out of it. Just remove the module, connect the 3.5mm audio jack male to male cable (you would need a USB dongle for it as mentioned by adiboy) start the sim. If every thing is good then sim will detect your TX.

Some dongles have switches, you have to set it to correct simulator for it to work.

@Aniket- call up RcBazaar and they will guide you through the whole setup process and clear any problems if any(considering that the sim was bought from RcBazaar)

Here is the link http://code.google.com/p/er9x/

And yes i removed my module and connected audio jack but still tx is not turning on itself neither by pushing power button of tx

Yes buddy you gotta remove the module . Gently remove the module (there might be a wire inside, don't damage it ). Module is connected by 4pins from inside so gently pull the module . (Module will be hanging) PLEASE correct if wrong
And as soon as you connect the 3.5mm cable the tx will switch On. And You are ready to go .

I have used the FLYSKY 9x with Rcbazaar Sim and it works flawlessly . Will work with Turnigy too . But as the Module is hardwired to antenna , you might wanna have a look on the mods.
www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=15911
And that's the reason FLYSKY is better than Turnigy hehe

I thought my trainer port is faulty so i checked it by putting battery in tx and conecting audio cable in its trainer port and then measuring votage across other end.
It is giving nice 5 volts voltage and i think that should be enough to switch on tx but i am still not able to detect the problem

aniket you're lucky... it was a pain in the butt to calibrate it with Phoenix rc.... and I can't install smartpropoplus on Windows 8 easily because windows doesn't allow unsigned drivers to be installed. it's a pain....

I use windows 8, works without any problem. Phoenix rc also works without any problems.
Download again and try a reinstall if you are having problems. I was using th9x before, now using the HK orange. Although had to modify the cable a bit for the transmitter to work for simulator. Let me know if anyone who has orange transmitter and has problems with the simulator, I can help fix,

woah there nitesh.... windows 8.1 is awesome... have you tried the beta version? or are you just talking through your hat? if you hate windows 8 so much, downgrade! nobodies forcing you to use it...

I am using the preview version of windows 8.1 its just so dummy damn slow made my computer a lot slower and I don't find any speciality in that the main problem I can't revert back to windows 8 which is just a major issue
btw please leave this and come to the main topic

nitesh it's a preview version! a beta version! not the final one... the preview edition has bugs because Microsoft is still working on it! and anyways, Phoenix and my TX work fine with Windows 8.

what you need to do to install smartproplus, is disable the "digitally signed driver enforcement" setting. this prevents unauthorized drivers like ppjoy and smartproplus from being installed, and is enabled by default.
