SANWA SD-6G 6ch with RealFlight G4.5

I have sanwa/airtronics SD-6G and I have Avionic 12 in1 integrated simulator ----->

I have installed RealFlight G4.5 and I am not able to calibrate the sticks in the simulator...
I need joystick configuration for this transmitter.
Please help me.

even i wanted too. but in my radio also Realflight 5 is not calibrating
so now am playing with Phoenix
