hi,

i bought a Flysky 9tx from a online vendor from India. it seems the TX was a faulty one... the reason :

i first built a small quad with the budget of Rs. 1350/- from one of the forum member Satya. Next that quad never lifted off the ground.... i thought something must be wrong but could not figure out what and where... Satya was very helpful all this time.

Next I build a big one with the HK X580 frame and KK2.0 board...now the fun started...

in the receiver test on KK2.0  i could never see any of the parameters to be "ZERO" except the throttle. all were dancing around at -50, -40, 120 etc.... and then i tried the Trims and Subtrims but no luck they still are at the same point. now my quad flips when trying to lift....

i think i had recvd. a faulty radio from day one.

what should i do now?

Flipping problem occurs if motors are not connected in the right order or if on-board sensors are not calibrated properly.
You might want to have a look at this thread:

Hope it helps.

Get a servo and individually test each of the channels. The flysky 9x is a very good radio and seldom has faults..

well... some days ago i reversed the lipo in a hurry and blew up the TX. then changed the capacitor and the voltage regulator and the TX started again. i think i will also have to replace the voltage regulator on the TX Radio Module. it is giving me a output of 2.6 volts instead of 5 volts.

will do that today and see what happens to those figures on the KK2.0

also with the Quattro 20A ESC the wiring is very different. check the following link http://www.fpvhub.com/index.php?topic=12760.0

There can be many reasons, to begin with

>May be the ground effect, so try to hover the quad at 5-6ft, if it flips before attaining that height, then its got something to do with motor layout.

>Incorrect board placement,it needs to be perfectly horizontal, and then needs to be calibrated. Now that is not always possible, so you need to tune it in auto level settings properly to compensate for roll/pitch. Google to tune your quad, there are many videos out there.

>Trims need tuning in sensor test, i do it every time im flying my quad
